Meet Our Owner:
Jim Schorie
Jim has been a Valley resident since 1998 when he relocated to the area following his service in the U.S. Air Force Space Program. Jim worked for eight years as a Program Manager with Motorola in their Ocotillo facility until his job was outsourced overseas. It was then that Jim decided to follow his dream of owning and managing his own business.
Jim spent years preparing for the opening of this location and he is certified by the Automotive Training Institute in Shop Ownership and Service Consulting. But for Jim, the real proof of excellence is how a shop stands behind its work. Both Good Works Auto Repair locations offer a 2-year, 24,000 mile warranty on most repairs. Jim simply tells people who ask, "I own that repair for two years or 24,000 miles."
